All volunteers who will have any interaction with our players will need to submit the following 3 items prior to working with any children.

1. Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance

2. Pennsylvania Criminal Record Check (print out certification form at end)

3. FBI Criminal History Check OR FBI Fingerprint Waiver (if you have lived in PA for the past 10 years)

Failure to submit clearances will result in immediate suspension of coaching duties until clearances are on file with PMYBSA. Enactment will include notification of suspension to the head coach and each team parent.

Penn Manor Youth Softball will be using the following fields for games and practices:

- Manor Middle School 
- Varsity Field
- Junior Varsity Field
- Manor Township Park (aka Charlestown Park)
- Lower Field
- Freedom Memorial Park (aka Millersville Borough Park)
- Field #1 (closest to road)
- Field #2
